I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work to their ethical Code.
I spent the early part of my career in The City of London, working within a high-pressured environment. Becoming a counsellor has been a career change and a path of self-development, personally and professionally.
I offer my work in a confidential environment, providing non-judgemental support enabling clients to explore their concerns. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is key to aid the growth and progress in therapy. I have a warm and empathetic approach which allows clients the space to explore their concerns freely and in depth, supporting you in working towards healthier, happier relationships with self and others.
I work on-line short and long term. I use several modalities, understanding that we all have our own unique life experiences and beliefs and will tailor these to your needs to support you.
